Koncoctions is a Bay Area–based fruit beverage brand dedicated to small-batch, handcrafted production.

We create signature Toddies using real fruit and thoughtfully selected ingredients, blended in limited runs to protect balance, quality, and flavor. Every bottle is developed with care, from ingredient selection to final pour, resulting in bold, layered, flavor-forward beverages designed to be sipped and experienced rather than rushed.

Founded by Bay Area native Eeon Jackson, Koncoctions is shaped by a background rooted in culture, creativity, and hands-on craftsmanship. That perspective influences how each blend is developed, refined, and presented, with equal attention given to process, consistency, and character.

One of our signature blends, Green & Yellow, brings together zesty lemon, tangy lime, sweet orange, raw honey, and warming spices for a bright, balanced profile that reflects our approach to thoughtful production and flavor design.
